Dear Marusca
Here is the embrace of your CPE
Dear Marusca,
What follows are surreal reflections that none of us could have imagined just a few months ago, but which have sadly become a reality today.
You left me just a few days ago; you left your creation. As the capable entrepreneur you were, you made sure that equally skilled people would continue to take care of me, creating the conditions for my future to be guided by steady and reliable hands. But I will miss you.
You were a strong and visionary guide, always decisive in your choices, sometimes even strict; yet the final result is clear to everyone: you chose my path with determination and confidence, helping me grow in ways we never expected.

Since the day I was born (back in 1978 – more than 40 years ago!!), I’ve always felt guided by two particularly reliable arms:
On one side, those of a passionate technician—skilled, driven, and always seeking new opportunities and innovative technical solutions; and on the other, there was you.
Humble and tenacious, capable of wearing a thousand hats—wife, mother, employee—and at the same time, with ever-growing experience, able to engage with Clients, Suppliers, Banks, Staff, and Consultants.
You brought me into the world in a small, cramped space—my size at the time didn’t require much more—but barely ten years later, you placed me in a home that had all the hallmarks of a well-structured industrial headquarters, with the professionalism that still distinguishes me today.
As the team grew year after year, you took on increasingly important and responsible roles: selecting staff for administrative and service positions, closely monitoring my financial and economic condition, and working together with the technical departments to evaluate new investments to meet the ongoing demands of technological evolution.
And then, your daily oversight of operations: how many times did I see you walking the company’s corridors, personally checking how the work was being carried out and assessing the results in terms of quality—in the broadest sense of the word.
But throughout all these daily checks, your sense of humanity never failed you. For you, engaging with employees never just meant focusing on their performance—it also meant a sincere interest in their personal and family issues, offering not just comforting words but sometimes even concrete help.
The strength of those two arms that supported me at the beginning have taken me around the world, allowing the colors of our national flag to blend harmoniously with those of the most industrialized countries.
To that achievement, you gave an enormous contribution. You can be proud of it—and I thank you. I know that wherever you are now, you are still watching over me and sending me your guidance.
Over all these years, I believe I’ve learned to understand perfectly the messages and expressions in your eyes.
