Any program undertaken by the Company, should it be a design development rather than a production lot or else against which CPE Italia has undertaken some commitments, there must be a constant monitoring action to verify the progresses and notify unpredictable situations to the Management.
This task is assigned to a Program Mngr who has the responsibility to draw a kind of “PERT” diagram and strictly follow it with recommendations and feed-back from all involved company dptm.
This is the only way to coordinate activities, to promptly undertake corrective actions in order to comply with the Customer expectations.
